1. Information We Access and Collect

To provide a unified management experience, this Application retrieves data from two primary sources:

  • Identity Data: Your name, email address, and unique user identifier provided by your Identity Provider (SSO) to authenticate your access.

  • Application Context & Asset Data: This Application references information from your organization’s Service or Asset Management (SAM) database. This includes:

    • Configuration Items (CIs): Metadata regarding your infrastructure, services, and software assets.

    • Deployment Context: Information defining environment relationships (e.g., Development vs. Production) and resource ownership.

    • System Metadata: Technical logs and API request history required to maintain the security of the BOS Framework.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information retrieved is used strictly to:

  • Synchronize Infrastructure: Map the BOS Console management layer to your existing physical or cloud assets.

  • Automate DevOps Workflows: Execute CI/CD pipelines and deployment actions based on the “Application Context” defined in your SAM database.

  • Security & Auditing: Maintain a clear record of which authorized users performed specific actions on managed assets.

3. Data Protection and Retention

  • Encrypted Transmission: All data exchanged between the Application and your Asset Management database is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols (TLS 1.2+).

  • Access Control: Data access is restricted based on the specific permissions assigned to your user profile.

  • Data Integrity: The Application primarily references your existing database to ensure a “Single Source of Truth.” We do not create redundant copies of your asset records except for essential audit logging.

4. Third-Party Sharing

Pravision™ does not sell or rent your personal or application data. Information is only shared with:

  • Infrastructure Providers: Authorized cloud service providers used strictly to host the BOS Console environment.

  • Your Organization: System administrators who require oversight of platform activity and asset management.

5. Consent and Revocation

By continuing through the consent screen, you grant the Application permission to access your identity and the application context information within your Service/Asset Management database. You may revoke this access at any time through your organization’s security settings; however, doing so will disable the management and deployment capabilities of the BOS Console.

6. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

Pravision™ Console’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Our application utilizes Google user data to provide the following core features within the Pravision™ Console “Single Pane of Glass” ecosystem:

  • Data Access & Use: We access Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, and Google Calendar data specifically to provide a unified dashboard for business management.

  • Storage: User data is stored securely and is only used to populate user-facing dashboards and automate requested business tasks.

  • No Data Sharing: We do not transfer or disclose your Google user information to third parties for purposes other than those strictly necessary to provide the features of Pravision™ Console or to comply with applicable law.

  • No Advertising: We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements, nor do we sell this data to any third party.
