11. Google Products and Integrations
You can learn more about data collected by Google and what this data is used for in Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Google Calendar Integration. The Console will have access to your Google Calendar in order to power our integrated scheduling tools and associate business events with contacts in your Pravision™ account. The Console has the ability to read, create, or change your calendars, and update individual calendar events to ensure your business operations remain synchronized across your digital ecosystem.
- Google Search Console Integration. You may integrate your Google Search Console with the Pravision™ BOS Console to monitor site health and search performance. As part of this integration, the Console will be able to view, manage, and store properties, including the list of sites and domains you control, to provide “Digital Blindness” filtration and SEO auditing features.
- Google Business Profile (Maps) Integration. By connecting your Google Business Profile, the Console will have access to your business location data, reviews, and local search insights. This allows the Subscription Service to manage your local presence, respond to customer feedback, and optimize your “Main Street” visibility directly from the Pravision™ dashboard.
- Google Gemini (AI) Integration. We utilize Google Gemini AI to process technical data and provide automated business insights. This includes generating the “AI Strategic Summary” and performing automated SEO audits. Data processed by Gemini is used solely to provide your requested Services and is handled in accordance with Google’s high-security AI data protection standards.
- Google Ads (AdWords) Integration. If you choose to integrate your Google Ads account, you grant the Console permission to view, manage, and store reporting data associated with your advertising properties. We use these permissions to power our “AI Strategic Summary,” allowing for real-time performance tracking and automated campaign budget optimization.
- Data Retention & Deletion. Pravision™ retains Google User Data only for the duration necessary to provide the active services requested by the user. You may revoke access to these integrations at any time via your Google Security Settings. Upon request via info@pravision.com or the ‘Delete Account’ feature, all Google-sourced data will be purged from our active databases within 30 days.
- Limited Use Compliance. Pravision™’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We will not use your Google User Data for any purpose other than providing the specific features of the Pravision™ BOS Console you have authorized.
- Data Sharing & Third-Party Disclosure. Pravision™ does not sell, rent, or trade your Google User Data to any third parties. Your data is accessed only by our automated systems to perform the requested analysis and by authorized Pravision™ personnel only when necessary to troubleshoot technical issues or improve service performance.
- Security Measures. All Google User Data stored within the Pravision™ ecosystem is protected using industry-standard encryption protocols, both in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Access to these databases is restricted via strict Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls.
- Disclaimer of Automated Insights. Insights, audits, and strategic summaries generated by Pravision™’s automated tools (including Gemini AI) are provided for informational purposes and to assist in your decision-making. These tools rely on automated data analysis and may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. Pravision™ does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of these automated insights. You are responsible for reviewing all recommendations before implementing them in your business operations.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. AI Transparency & Third-Party Services
- Google Integration: The Console utilizes Google AI to power its “AI Strategic Summary,” SEO auditing features, and automated business insights. By using these features, you acknowledge that relevant data may be processed by Google Gemini in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Data Usage: Data sent to Google Gemini is used solely to provide real-time insights and is not used by Pravision™ to train independent large language models (LLMs).
