Refund Policy

  • You may claim a refund for a project before we have initiated work on it.
  • In the event of a manufacturing error, Pravision offers a free replacement or refund if you notify us within 2 days of product delivery. Please contact our Support team via email at support@pravision.com with video to prove manufacturing error.

Additional Requirements

  • If there is an issue affecting multiple products utilizing the same design, we may request an additional photo or video showcasing all affected items visible in one frame for confirmation purposes.

Important Note

  • Pravision will not be held responsible for incorrect order shipping details or for orders placed with incorrect size or color specifications. We do not offer replacements or refunds in such cases, as you are responsible for providing accurate information during the ordering process.
